Nancy Stice filed the appeal in Greene County Circuit Court January 31st. A jury found her guilty of two counts of theft and one count of official misconduct during a trial in October. The thefts occurred between 2007 and 2010.

She was sentenced to a year of home confinement and a concurrent term of two-and-a-half years of probation. Stice was also ordered to pay $87-thousand in restitution to the city of Roodhouse.
